We had a great experience with Ruggs Benedict. The whole process, from carpet selection to installation and follow up was first-rate. We were recarpeting four bedrooms, hallways, and stairwells. Constance was a joy to work with, helping us with our selections, and getting us a proposal very quickly. We made our decision, and she was able to schedule installation that same week! The installation team, headed by Tomas, did a great job and also cleaned up afterward beautifully. They had to move the furniture in all rooms and then reassemble everything, which they did flawlessly.
